Working in a corporate environment, you will be looking after personal affairs for a senior executive. Liaise with his family and keeping on top of their hectic family life. There are 3 Children, several properties, lots of Travel and home related projects to keep on top of. There will be no ‘ work’ related tasks only personal and family. You must have had experience of working as a PA or other role in a family home as you will be expected to hit the ground running and know exactly how this kind of family operates. knowledge of Italian a plus but not essential.

Salary is negotiable. Starting ASAP

You will work 7am to 2pm and 6pm to 8.30 pm Monday to Friday. This an Italian family that likes to have a traditional Italian meal every evening. This is a semi formal and friendly home. Other help is employed but you need to also be a hands of cleaner and willing to muck in with what ever arises. There are 5 family members and a large dog. Self contained flat available .  £550 net per week.   Starting September  2013

• Candidates must be either speak English as a first language or have studied in English at least an undergraduate/graduate  level.  Many families require our candidates help with their children’s homework so this is firm requirement.
• Have an up to date ( less than 12 months)  CRB  check or willingness to do one at a cost of £56
• A minimum of 2 contactable childcare references.
• You must enjoy or be good at least one of the following, swimming, horse riding, sailing, arts and crafts, languages, baking, tennis, music or other fun activities!
• be well presented and organised
• have a reasonable amount of availability either on some weekday evenings, weekends or school holidays.
