Live out Housekeeper Monday to Friday Housekeeper Fulham

Family in Central London looking for an excellent live-in Housekeeper to work full time. Candidates must have applicable experience working with HNW families in large homes, to an impeccably high standard. The family include two young children and the ideal candidate would have experience working in a similar set up. Accommodation comprises of a flat nearby (less than 5 minutes’ walk) but must be vacated by Friday morning as it's shared with the Weekend Nanny. There is no off-street parking.

Days: Monday – Thursday

Hours: 8am – 5pm (including lunch break) and then babysitting/laundry from 7pm - 9pm

Salary: £40,000

Requirements:

• A strong command of the English language – good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Minimum 5 years working in a similar role, for a similar sized property (5,000sqft and above)

• Exceptional organizational skills and dedication to responsibilities; above and beyond attitude with a keen eye for detail

• Excellent references required from both current and previous employers

• Must be smart, able to work solo without heavy guidance

• Must be flexible – able to adapt to guests and changes around the house

• UK driving license ideal but not essential

Duties:

• Household cleaning - internal and external

• Tidying the garden

• Hoovering/washing the car

• Ordering supplies - online and running errands

• Create cleaning schedules

• Light appliance maintenance

• Sorting mail and packages (accepting & returning)

• Run errands (including food shopping, online shopping, flowers etc.)

• Laundry - fine fabrics, bed linen, towels, shoes

• Wardrobe management

• Cooking simple meals

• Looking after guests

• Overseeing tradesmen

• Working with other team members to support the family
