Starting her own career in private households some 18 years ago, fulfilling roles such as Nanny, Cook and Private PA/House Management, Bianca Tonkin then moved on to work in the area of exclusive household recruitment leading to the formation of Holland Park Staffing in 2009. Having worked with family homes, high profile households and palaces, she understands that every household is a home and regardless of size or location it’s where all should be well with the world. The Holland Park Staffing ethos is to be deeply aware of how the wrong staff member can affect the equilibrium and it is with this in mind that selections are made.
